Delivery

Orders that are shipped are delivered via UPS, and are specially packaged to ensure perfect presentation.  We can deliver almost anywhere nationwide in the United States!

Delivery Policies

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Delivery times cannot be 100% guaranteed, however we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.  If you have any questions regarding delivery, please feel free to call  us at 1-833-MY-BLOOM.

Shipping Charges

We offer a flat rate 2-day transit shipping by State.  Please enter your delivery zip code at checkout to confirm your shipping rate.

Warm Weather Shipping

In order to fully enjoy your Bloombae during the hot summer months, precautions must be taken in how it is both packed and shipped. We will provide ice packs at no cost to you. The ice packs are reusable, and will last about 40 hours, depending on the temperatures through which they travel.

If possible, please try to arrange to have your Bloombae delivered to a business, where someone is able to receive your package.  Many carriers will leave packages outside your home if no one is home to receive it.  While we take every precaution to ensure your product arrives safely, we do not accept responsibility.

Return Policy

As per food industry requirements, we do not accept returns for food safety reasons as the product has been out of our control and may be adulterated.  However, if the Bloombae fails to meet your expectations, we will investigate immediately and provide a solution for you. We will go above and beyond to make sure our customers are satisfied.
